• TIPS FOR USE: Melt the puddy in your fingers so that it is the consistency of glue. RUB the puddy back and forth on the spot. Rubbing will create traction and help it stick! Best if left on overnight. Might need to dry off tooth. Safe to ingest, but stop use if any adverse reactions occur. May initially feel pulsating or throbbing, but eventually leads to reduced sensitivity.
